Registration

Registering is fast and easy at Tick Tots Around the Clock! You can come in and fill out the forms or print the forms from this site. If your child is under the age of 5, you will have to provide a copy of valid immunization records, complete a Registration form, Sign a Family Handbook and Release form, Physician Health Statement form and Parent Health Statement form.

Please share any special instructions or concerns regarding your child with our staff. We want to assure that your child needs are met and feels comfortable and secure while at Tick Tots Around the Clock. We recommend parents bring their child in for a tour of Tick Tots Around the Clock and to meet our staff before their first visit. We want every child to have a fun and positive experience with us!
